How to make the most of summer? Study abroad.

While on an IES Abroad summer study abroad program, it's a challenge to be bored. You'll take courses with world-class professors that bring you out of the classroom. You'll share authentic cuisine with your homestay family or roommates. You'll take field trips led by our local staff who know all the best places. Not to mention, you'll navigate daily life in a different country!

Ranging from a few weeks to a few months, we offer summer study abroad programs in a wide variety of disciplines, locations, and languages. Whether you want to fulfill course requirements for your major, develop your language skills, explore a new passion, or all of the above, there's an IES Abroad program for you. Summer study abroad programs can be especially ideal for students with intensive academic or athletic commitments during the regular school year.

All IES Abroad programs include courses for credit, housing, and unique opportunities to engage with the local community. Our advisors in the United States are here to help you prepare to depart, and once you arrive, our onsite local staff are there every day to make sure you have the best study abroad experience possible.
