Wow getting this video up and running was one of the biggest struggles of my life. But here it is, on Halloween, the food of Spain! It’s crazy how much amazing food there is here. From paella to tortilla española and so much more, it’s really hard to be disappointed. It may not be for everyone, as I have found from talking to people in my program, but I know that I am always pleased with what I’m eating. The meal times are a bit strange, but you get used to it. And there is always time for a little merienda (snack). Sorry if this video is a little all over the place and that I look like a bit of a mess. There were many many complications that came with my computer and all the technologies this week. And I would post a few pictures of this lovely food we have here, but it’s getting late and I need to go enjoy my Halloween in Madrid!
