Reel Connections Social Hour + 10th Annual Film Festival

We’re excited to invite you to a special evening celebrating 10 years of student storytelling at our Annual IES Abroad Student Film Festival. Join us on October 17, 2024, for a screening of our Finalist films, a live announcement of the Grand Prize Winner, and a fun post-event reception where you'll get the chance to meet the student filmmakers and mingle with study abroad lovers from around the country and world! 

This year, we’re offering something extra for our valued alumni—an exclusive pre-festival gathering called Reel Connections: Prelude to the 10th Annual IES Student Film Festival

Time:

  • 5:00 p.m. | Reel Connections: Enjoy light refreshments and beverages, reconnect with fellow alumni and meet the Filmmakers
  • 6:30 p.m. | Film Program & Student Panel: Screening of our Finalist films, a Q&A with the Filmmakers and previous Film Festival winners, and a live announcement of the Grand Prize Winner
  • 8:15 p.m. | Afterparty: Celebrate with drinks, dancing, and more!

Please Note: The 10th Annual IES Abroad Film Festival is officially sold out! But don’t worry—you can still join us by tuning into the live stream from anywhere. Don’t miss this exciting celebration of student films from around the world. Stay connected and watch the event live!
