HS 358 - History of Madrid

This program covers the history of the city of Madrid from its Muslim origins in the Middle Ages to the present day. The course considers several interrelated aspects: urban, political, social, artistic, and cultural. The aim is to understand the historical development of Madrid, considering its dual status as both a capital and a city.
