Noelle is the Director of Diversity Relations & Advising and assists in overseeing strategy and implementation of the IES Abroad Initiative to Diversity Education Abroad (IDEA). In this role, Noelle also manages the Take Off with IES Abroad initiative, which provides dedicated resources and tools to Historically Black Colleges & Universities. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology & Education, as well as a master's in Community and Social Change from the University of Miami. From International Admission to Education Abroad, Noelle’s 13-year career has taken her to more than 20 countries and a faculty-led study abroad experience in South Africa.
