We are pleased to once again partner with Thomastik-Infeld, an 80-year-old, Vienna-based musical string company, to offer scholarship awards to outstanding IES Abroad Vienna string students through the IES Abroad Vienna City of Music Scholarship.
The City of Music Competition will offer up to four (4) $5,000 or $10,000 scholarships. The awards for the current competition will be applied toward the costs of studying at IES Abroad Vienna for the Fall 2013 semester. All competition finalists will also receive three sets of Thomastik-Infeld strings. The competition’s three- to five-member jury will be chosen by Thomastik-Infeld and IES Abroad.

Keep in mind: the fall/Academic year City of Music scholarship deadline is Wednesday, May 1.
