This week we feature one of our newest bloggers, Eudora Erickson (Galápagos Islands, Fall 2015), and her experience preparing to head abroad to Ecuador as our Blog Post of the Week.
From her excitement telling the dentist during a filling, "Did you know I'm going abroad next semester?", to getting her vaccinations and a PADI certification, Eudora's predeparture preparations for a semester abroad on Ecuador's Galápagos Islands are filled with hopes, a few fears, and plans not to lose her passport again! We think she'll manage to find lots of great new foods outside of her current ramen staple..
