Last week, we were pleased to award two $2,500 IES Abroad scholarships to Babson College students: Matthew Batista and Therese Macalintal. These scholarships were made possible through the generosity of an IES Abroad alumnus.
Hailing from New York, these two students are Posse Scholars and will be studying abroad with us in the spring. Matthew will be studying on the Berlin Metropolitan Studies Program, and Therese will be headed to Freiburg, Germany, on our European Union Program.

Gretchen Cook-Anderson, our Director of Diversity Recruiting & Advising, was able to present the awards and some fun IES Abroad swag to the students in person at Babson’s Glavin Office of Multicultural and International Education.
We wish these two Posse Scholars the very best in their pursuits abroad!
