IES Abroad is pleased to announce that the organization has entered into a strategic affiliation with not-for-profit The Study Abroad Foundation (SAF), based in Indianapolis, IN.
This affiliation was undertaken after careful consideration of each organizations’ goals and the best interests of its students and academic partners. There are no changes today in how either organization does business with its academic partners, students, or constituents worldwide.
IES Abroad is a leader in standard-setting and delivering high-quality learning opportunities through long-standing partnerships with highly regarded colleges and universities across the globe. SAF has created its highly respected International University Network with leading colleges and universities in Asia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and worldwide.
This strategic affiliation is a logical extension of IES Abroad and SAF’s core missions—to offer students worldwide experiential learning opportunities that meet the highest standards of academic quality—in an increasingly global and interconnected world. Both organizations are entering this affiliation in a position of strength as successful leaders in their respective areas.
This affiliation combines IES Abroad and SAF’s strengths in offering non-degree study abroad programs, and will provide both organizations with additional resources while enabling them to share best practices.
