IES Abroad Paris Alumni Weekend June 5-8, 2025
Reconnect in the City of Light! We are delighted to announce the IES Abroad Paris Alumni Weekend from June 5-8, 2025. Mark your calendars for an extraordinary weekend in Paris, filled with nostalgia, new experiences, and the chance to reconnect with fellow alumni.
The Alumni Weekend will include:
- Thursday, June 5 | Welcome Reception**
- Friday, June 6 | French Cooking Experience, Perfume Workshop, Walking Tour, Champagne Tasting
- Saturday, June 7 | French Cooking Experience, Perfume Workshop, All Class Dinner** (Seine River Cruise), Picasso or Orangerie Museum
- Sunday, June 8 | Farewell Breakfast**
*The French Cooking Experience and Perfume Workshop are offered on Friday and Saturday. The Alumni Weekend package cost includes events marked with an asterisk (**).
Registration Details + Pricing Options
Early Bird Price: $159 (Available January 14 – February 20, 2025)
Standard Price: $175 (Available February 21 – April 3, 2025)
Final Call Price: $200 (Available April 4 – April 24, 2025)

Please note that the package includes the Welcome Reception, All-Class Dinner, and Farewell Breakfast. All other activities and events throughout the weekend are optional and may be attended at an additional cost.

Essentials Package: A Convenient Start to Your Weekend!
If you choose our convenient Essentials Package, you'll enjoy access to the Welcome Reception, All-Class Dinner, and Farewell Breakfast. Please note that all other activities are optional and available at an additional cost. This allows you to customize your weekend to suit your preferences!
How to Register:
- Select the Essentials Package: On the registration form, choose the "Essentials Package" option.
- Optional Add-Ons: If you'd like to participate in additional activities, you can select those during the registration process at an extra cost.
- Complete Your Registration: Fill in your details and submit the form.
That’s it! With the Essentials Package, you’ll have access to the key events of the weekend, with the flexibility to enhance your experience by adding optional activities.
