Senior Diversity Relations Manager

Ruby Shields is the Senior Diversity Relations Manager at IES Abroad, where she champions inclusivity and equity. Currently, she is also serving on the Global Inclusion Conference Planning Committee, furthering her commitment to fostering global diversity and inclusion in education.

As a part of her planning committee efforts, Ruby recommended Dara Abimola, IES Abroad Milan alum, for the Gen Z Hot Takes panel, recognizing her unique insights and fresh perspective as a standout voice for her generation. Ruby will also be delivering the opening remarks at the GSLS, setting the stage for an inspiring start to the event.
