Dr. Alex Walker
Associate Center Director & Dean of Faculty
Dr. Alex Walker is a longtime valued member of our IES Abroad Barcelona leadership team, most recently serving as our Assistant Director, and Dean of Faculty. Alex achieved master’s degrees from the University of Cambridge, and Cranfield University, followed by a PhD. In Planning Studies from University College London.
He has most recently played an instrumental faculty rolein IES Abroad’s newest curriculum initiative, Designing the Sustainable City which is currently being piloted across four international IES program locations.
