I had a lot of video clips I never got the chance to use so I decided to throw them together into a fun final video post. I wanted to make a video that reminded me of all the good times, the laughs, the love, the energy of our program group and of Rio de Janeiro, “Cidade Marvilhosa”!
We had a LOT of wonderful memories and these clips only depict a fraction of them. Regardless of the struggles, I can only look back on this semester with smiles. It was a brilliant journey and I’m grateful for every moment I got to spend with the students on my program and in the beautiful and vibrant city of Rio. Until we meet again, I’ll be thinking of you.

I spend a lot of my time doodling, journaling, lip syncing in the bathroom, being inspired, laughing loudly, daydreaming, dancing wildly, and having tiny adventures. This semester in Rio de Janeiro will be the first time I leave the country and the safety of my family all by myself and I am simultaneously elated and terrified for my new adventure. I look forward to the many chuckles, challenges, and changes that inevitably await me.
