(Italiano)

As I’ve mentioned last time, I’m very fortunate to live with an Italian family here in Milan. Last week, I had to prepare a couple of recipes for homework for my Italian class, so I figured I might as well take the opportunity to cook with the wonderful people I’m living with! We made cannelloni alla ricotta e zucchine (tube pasta with ricotta and zucchini filling) and melanzane alla parmigiana (eggplant parmesan). It was an absolutely wonderful and delicious experience!
