Fall Break in Vienna

The Viennese love their coffee and cake. The central nave was blocked off for mass but we still got to see inside. Vienna has beautiful architecture. We went to a Mozart orchestra concert at the Musikverinhein and all the musicians were dressed like Mozart. This is the outside of the Musikverinhein where we saw the Mozart concert. We saw a ballet at the state opera house! We had authentic Wiener schnitzel with potato salad and beer for lunch. We visited the Schönbrunn palace and saw the gardens, maze, Gloriette, and royal apartments. This is the front of the Schönbrunn palace, the summer home of the Hapsburgs.a The Gloriette is at the top of the hill behind the palace and has a great view of Vienna.

During my 9-day fall break my friend Lauren and I visited Budapest, Vienna, and Berlin.
