Kia Ora!
Wow, this semester is flying by! We are on our last week of assignments, which is followed by a last week of lectures and the semester is over (aside from final exams). So I have been busting to get all my assignments done. Right now it’s 3 down and 1 to go. Not too shabby. But they have taken heaps of time, and are all quite challenging. And if that isn’t bad enough it has now started getting to be summer. Unfortunately, I am still in sweater mode! The weather switch was so quick, I’m still catching up. It’s unprecedented how many strange looks I got sitting on a beach in 25-30 degree weather in a sweater eating a tomato like an apple. Culture differences never cease to amaze me. I have also been writing quite a bit for my songwriting class (who would’ve guessed that!), which is really fueling my poetry. I’m always quite keen to keep the creative juices flowing. This weekend I will be trying my hand at surfing for the first time, so hopefully something will come of that. I will be sure to document that here in the future. But that may just be all I have now. So until next time, I just gotta say, is anyone still reading this!?
Cheers,
Clayton
