2025 Annual Conference Submission Form for Topics & Presentation Proposals

We're glad you're here!  

This year, we invite you to submit a topic you're interested in seeing covered at the Annual Conference and/or submit a proposal for a presentation you would like to present at the Annual Conference. You may submit one topic or presentation/proposal per form. If you would like to submit more than one topic and/or presentation proposal, please submit another form.

The deadline to submit is Thursday, May 1st at 4 p.m. CT. 

Submissions will be reviewed by the 2025 Program Planning Committee, and we will be in contact with you in the coming weeks if your proposal is accepted.

Please provide details including a session description, takeaways and learning outcomes for the audience, if you've presented this before, and any other information that will be helpful for what you are proposing. 
Please include the name, title, and organization of each presenter. 
Provide any additional comments you would like to share with us in regard to topics and presentation proposals.
